All CPU Cores are not created equal. To allow you to more easily compare the performance of ProfitBricks CoresOne of our cores has the power of 4 PCUs. A PCU approximately corresponds to the computing power of a 1.0-1.2 GHz Opteron or Xeon processor from 2007 or a 1.7 GHz Xeon processor from the beginning of 2006. we created the measurement unit "ProfitBricks Compute Unit (PCU)". Each PCU offers the computing power of a 1.0-1.2 GHz Opteron or Xeon processor from 2007 or a 1.7 GHz Xeon processor from the beginning of 2006. Furthermore, each of our current Cores has a rating of 4 PCUs.
