What do I do if my VM is no longer accessible

Cloud Server

Try to connect using the remote console of your VM to check if it is already running. If you have difficulties logging in to a VM, send screenshots of any error messages you encounter to our support team so they can provide you with assistance. If you are using Linux, we will need the output of the commands 'uptime' and 'top'. If you are using Windows, we will need a screenshot of the Task Manager.
